Position : BLOCK LEAD - critical path C - 21001 & C - 21003

Qualification : Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Duration - 03 months shutdown

Duty hours - 08 hours

FREE REQUIREMENT

Salary : 800 OMR

NEED TO MONITOR CRITICAL PATH ACTIVITIES AND MANAGE THE COMPLETE REQUIREMENT TILL THE JOB COMPLETION

Tasks and Responsibilities

(a)Ability to lead the team of Unit Shutdown Leaders to perform TA related activities pertaining to all types of Mechanical stationary equipment and piping.

(b)Ensures with planning team that all jobs are planned and scheduled with appropriate resources for safe and effective execution of Turnaround.

(c)Directs and guides Unit Shutdown Leaders to carry out the equipment maintenance scope to the requirement.

(d)Guides his team of Coordinators to carryout required Method Statements, Task Risk Assessments (TRA) and Rigging Plans for approval and utilization during equipment maintenance.

(e)Participates in Pre-TA, Execution and Post TA meetings involving all stake holders and implements the outcome and job follow-up with his team.

(f)Clearly understands Company HSE and Quality requirements, ensures observation of HSE regulations and guidelines by his team under supervision and promotes the use of safe work practices.

(g)Liaises with Company TA Team, Inspection team, Maintenance Engineers / Supervisors for technical requirements, documentation, job progress reporting etc.

(h)Coordinates with his sub-contractors for proper understanding and execution of the job scope.

(i)Discusses regularly with Company planning team for effective implementation of schedule and follow-up.

(j)Daily reporting of overall status of his area of job scope to his Site Manager and to Companys Area TA Engineer.

(k)Takes care of his site execution personnel welfare at all times.

(l)Properly maintains records of TA work performed and work in progress, other related data etc.
