Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for BMS design, programming, integration, and system optimization (HVAC, controls).
Design and implement advanced Building Management Systems (BMS) to optimize energy efficiency and operational performance.
Conduct regular system audits and diagnostics to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with architects and contractors during the construction phase to integrate BMS seamlessly into building designs.
Program and configure BMS software to automate HVAC, lighting, and security systems for enhanced user comfort and safety.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is essential.
Professional certifications such as LEED, CEM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in BMS design and implementation across various sectors.
Experience in smart building technology and IoT integration is a strong advantage.
