Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and control systems including generators, UPS, chillers, HVAC, boilers, medical gases, LPG, lifts, and water systems
  • Identify and troubleshoot system faults; report and escalate issues as needed
  • Perform daily inspections and record operational data
  • Monitor consumable levels (fuel, gas, etc.) and report replenishment needs
  • Handle maintenance requests and generate work orders
  • Prepare basic reports related to BMS operations

Job Requirements:

  • T.S. in Electro-Mechanics or B.T. in a related field (1+ year experience)
  • Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Knowledge of safety procedures
  • Good Arabic and English communication skills
  • Computer proficient
