Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Continuously monitor operate the BMS to ensure all building systems (HVAC, lighting, electrical, etc.) are functioning within set parameters.

Analyze data and trends from the BMS to identify opportunities for energy savings, optimize system settings

Required Candidate profile

Technical proficiency in BMS software platforms e.g.,Honeywell EBI, Siemens, Schneider Electric), an understanding of open protocols (BACnet, Modbus),knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems.
