Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ability to understand ELV, LV circuits and basic reading of diagrams
  • Understand specific BMS software layout, information flow, back up procedures and recovery
  • Inspect and repair when necessary low and medium equipment such as transformers, MDBS, SMDBS, Access Control, CCTV systems
  • Repair electrical faults and bring systems to normal operational conditions
  • Read, when required, electrical, water, BTU meters and compile information in an understandable manner
  • Investigate, assess and repair BMS faults such as temperature, pressure sensors…
  • Diagnose faults in various control systems connected to electrical, HVAC, water systems…
  • Perform basic reports, documents using IT tools such as Windows, Office package

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or a 2 year Industrial Training Course in the relevant field
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in maintenance work in the relevant field
  • Proficiency in English language; coordination skills, numerical skills, understanding and following SOPs/ work instructions, communication skills, knowledge in health & safety standards; job specific skills in the relevant field
