Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and control building systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security to ensure optimal performance and comfort.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on BMS equipment to prevent system failures and downtime.
- Analyze system performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Respond promptly to alarms and alerts, diagnosing issues and coordinating repairs to minimize disruptions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, building management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in building management systems or facilities operations is essential.
- Industry certifications such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Building Automation Professional (BAP) are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in BMS software platforms and user interfaces is required, with knowledge of programming being a plus.
