Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor control HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, ELV systems through the central BMS workstation to ensure optimal performance. Respond to, troubleshoot, resolve alarms faults High Temperature, Low Temperature, Trip Alarms, Dirty Filters).

Perform regular checks on chillers, Air Handling Units AHUs, Fan Coil Units FCUs, pumps, dampers. Maintain accurate records of all BMS operations and system changes.
