Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and review BMS/SCADA system architecture and control strategies.
Coordinate with MEP, electrical, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
Supervise installation and commissioning of BMS/SCADA systems on-site.
Develop and test control logic, graphics, and alarms.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during commissioning and operation.
Prepare technical documentation including schematics, wiring diagrams, and O&M manuals.
Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for system components and software.
Provide training and support to facility management teams post-handover.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering field.
10+ years of experience in BMS/SCADA engineering within construction or infrastructure projects.
KSA project experience is mandatory.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SCADA platforms (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, Tridium Niagara).
Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, and other communication protocols.
Experience with PLC programming and HMI development.
Familiarity with HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, and energy management systems.
Understanding of networking and cybersecurity principles for control systems.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering field.
10+ years of experience in BMS/SCADA engineering within construction or infrastructure projects.
KSA project experience is mandatory.
