The Job Description

• System Programming: Develop and configure control logic for HVAC equipment including AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Chillers, and Chiller Plant Managers (CPM).
• Testing & Commissioning (T&C): Lead T&C activities for BMS and ELV systems, ensuring sequence of operations (SOO) compliance and successful handover.
• Graphics & UI: Design and configure user interfaces (UI) and system graphics for BMS workstations using vendor-specific software (e.g., Trane Tracer, Niagara N4, Metasys).
• Integration: Execute third-party integrations using standard protocols (BACnet IP/MSTP, Modbus, LON, KNX) and wireless interfaces (Zigbee/Air-Fi).
• Review and prepare technical submittals, including network architecture diagrams, control schematics, wiring diagrams, and sequence of operations.
• Select and specify field devices, sensors, and controllers based on project specifications.
• Conduct site surveys and generate technical reports to support pre-sales and estimation teams.
• Coordinate directly with consultants, main contractors, and MEP teams to resolve site issues and obtain approvals.
• Manage project documentation, including Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Method Statements, and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
• Oversee sub-contractors and site teams during installation, cabling, and termination phases to ensure quality control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in BMS Controls, specifically within the GCC/Saudi Arabia market.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following platforms is highly preferred:
• Tracer TU, Tracer SC, Tracer Evo.
• Johnson Controls: Metasys, CCT, SCT.
• Honeywell: Niagara N4 Framework (Hawk/Eagle controllers).
• Protocols: knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, KNX, and LONworks protocols.

Core Competencies:

• Strong troubleshooting skills for VFDs (Danfoss/Schneider), DDC panels, and field devices.
• Ability to work independently on-site and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Valid Driving License (KSA/GCC preferred).
