Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

BO DWDM Engineers

We are hiring an experienced BO DWDM Engineer to support and manage Optical Transmission networks within the transmission domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Back Office (BO) operations for DWDM / OTN networks.
  • Monitor performance, fault, and configuration management.
  • Troubleshoot fiber and transmission network issues.
  • Manage incidents and ticketing within agreed SLA/KPI.
  • Operate and support NMS/EMS systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in DWDM / Optical Transmission networks.
  • Strong hands-on experience in DWDM technologies and OTN.
  • Solid knowledge of DWDM architecture (ROADM, EDFA, Optical Amplifiers).
  • Experience in transmission BO operations.
  • Understanding of SDH / MPLS-TP is a plus.
  • Preferred: Experience with Huawei DWDM solutions
