Desired Candidate Profile
This role is ideal for someone who is:
- Saudi national, fluent in Arabic & English
- Early to mid-career (typically 2 6 years experience)
- Sharp, presentable, and comfortable around senior leadership
- Strong at listening, summarizing, and following through
- Naturally organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
Backgrounds that often fit well:
- Executive Office / Chairman s Office
- Strategy, PMO, or CEO Office roles
- High-performing Executive Assistants who outgrew admin work
- Governance, consulting, or fast-paced corporate environments
To save everyone time, this role is not suitable for:
- Pure admin or receptionist profiles
- Legal-only profiles with no execution exposure
- Candidates uncomfortable following up with senior leaders
- CVs focused only on documentation with no ownership or accountability
