Roles & Responsibilities
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the market information industry.
Manage to plan the entire products'/services' development cycle, i.e. strategic planning, feasibility studies, and implementation planning and execution.
Conduct and lead projects related meetings with different stakeholders including the regulator, market participants and internal department.
Overview of products'/services' requirements through partnership with cross-divisional teams, in order to ensure firm alignment among Divisions.
Develop the assessment and evaluation of future products/services, to ensure their anticipated impact and relevance to the Exchange.
Provide support in the process of conducting studies for new products and services in order to meet internal and external requirements that includes market research and benchmarking with international data providers.
Prepare and develop index simulations and understand the calculation process.
Contribute to assess stakeholder expectations of future services in order to guarantee their participation and investment.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Key Accountabilities
Carry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the company s standards.
Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department.
Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image.
Desired Candidate Profile
A Bachelor s Degree in Finance, MIS, or equivalent is required.
A Master s Degree in Finance or MIS is preferred
