Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Navigate vessels safely, adhering to all maritime regulations and company policies, ensuring passenger safety is paramount.
- Perform pre-trip inspections of the boat, engines, and safety equipment, identifying and addressing any mechanical issues before departure.
- Maneuver the boat in various conditions, including docking, undocking, and operating in congested waterways, with precision and skill.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with boarding, disembarking, and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Possession of a valid Boat Driver's License or equivalent certification, demonstrating competence in boat operation.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating boats, showcasing practical experience and proficiency.
- Familiarity with local maritime regulations and safety procedures, ensuring compliance and passenger safety.
