Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Bobcat Operator to handle excavation, loading, and general site preparation tasks efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating skid steer loaders (Bobcat) in construction or similar environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Bobcat/skid steer loader to move materials, load and unload trucks, and perform excavation or leveling work.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition by performing regular checks and basic maintenance.
- Follow site instructions and project plans to complete tasks efficiently.
- Ensure safety protocols and company standards are strictly followed at all times.
- Report any faults, damages, or maintenance requirements to the supervisor immediately.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Valid UAE Heavy Equipment Operator License or relevant operating certification.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Bobcat Operator in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Good understanding of equipment operation, safety regulations, and worksite procedures.
- Ability to work long hours or in shifts when required.
- Physically fit and safety-conscious.
