Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and maneuver Bobcat machinery with precision to execute various tasks such as grading, digging, and transporting materials.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections on the Bobcat to ensure safety and functionality, identifying any maintenance needs before use.
- Safely load and unload materials from trucks and trailers, adhering to weight limits and stability requirements.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to understand project goals and adapt operations accordingly.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in heavy machinery operation is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating Bobcat or similar equipment in construction or landscaping.
Valid operator certification or license specifically for Bobcat machinery, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Familiarity with construction safety regulations and practices, promoting a safe working environment at all times.
