Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate Bobcat machinery with precision to complete excavation, grading, and landscaping tasks efficiently and safely.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment, including fluid levels and mechanical functionality, to ensure operational reliability.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and construction teams to understand project requirements and adjust work methods accordingly.
- Utilize advanced techniques in material handling to maximize productivity and minimize waste during construction activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, with specialized training in heavy machinery operation preferred.
- Certification in operating Bobcat or similar equipment is a must to ensure safety and proficiency.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or landscaping, demonstrating hands-on expertise.
- Previous experience working with various attachments, such as buckets and augers, is highly desirable.
