Job Description
1. Implementation of productivity improvement plans, especially in the following areas:
Assessment of the level of business .
Control and follow-up workflow .
Provide spare parts immediately .
Evaluation of works and agreements .
Carry out the final review .
2. Maintain the loading of the workshop to the appropriate extent and coordination between his team and the workshop.
3. Achieving and controlling the required quality in the repair in accordance with the quality standards and repair methods supported by the parent company TMC
4. Strive to achieve the requirements and programs offered by TMC through regular evaluations.
5. Promote a culture of health and safety within the work area .
6. Achieving the required target for the workshop in accordance with the management policy .
7. Reporting and the ability to analyze hours and productivity .
8. Monitor employees, implement marketing / campaign initiatives and optimize market potential to maximize revenue and profit to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
9. Participate in the development of the annual business plan for plumbing and painting.
10. Review, manage and monitor the movement of the bodywork department, profitability, productivity, labor efficiency and availability of resources to ensure that budgets/objectives are achieved.
11. Management of equipment and consumables.
12. Review the customer satisfaction index, analyze and understand the root causes, and develop action plans to ensure improved performance and increased customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Education Level:
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent or intermediate technical institute
Experience Needed: 7 to 10 years in the same field
Required Qualifications:
Ability to use computers and Microsoft Office programs including Outlook - Word & Excel
Proficiency in English
Valid driver's license
Ability to use all test equipment.
