Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support fabrication, welding, and machining activities for heavy equipment and structures
- Assist in site measurements, inspections, and technical evaluations
- Interpret and work based on technical drawings and fabrication plans
- Monitor production orders and ensure proper material usage and tracking
- Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure quality workmanship and timely job completion
- Ensure compliance with safety and workshop standards
- Support repair and maintenance of heavy equipment components as required
Desired Candidate Profile
3 5 years of experience in fabrication, welding, or heavy equipment repair
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (mandatory)
Hands-on experience in workshop or field fabrication environments
Strong understanding of welding and mechanical fitting practices
