• Supervise, coordinate and lead a team of boilermakers and welders. 
• Distribute tasks and organize work according to the production schedule.
• Check the conformity of manufactured parts (reading plans, tolerances, finishes).
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality and safety standards.
• Participate in complex boilermaking and welding operations as required.

• Reading and interpretation of technical plans.
• Mastery of welding and metal forming processes.
• Knowledge of safety and quality rules in the workshop.
• Sense of organization, leadership and responsiveness.
