Roles & Responsibilities

Torqueing & tensioning of flanges on heat exchangers, pressure vessels, columns, reactors & pipelines

  • Bolt tightening based on torque charts & project specifications
  • Operation of hydraulic torque pumps, tensioners & stud extractors
  • Flange management, leak testing & gasket installation
  • Controlled disassembly & bolt replacement during shutdowns
  • Knowledge of ASME/ANSI codes for flange tightening procedures
  • Work documentation, flange tag record keeping & safety compliance

Desired Candidate Profile

ITI / Diploma with 3 6 years Oil & Gas bolting experience (Shutdown/Turnaround preferred)
