Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Reconcile cash, bank statements, and internal reports
- Monitor member payments, dues, and outstanding balances
- Prepare periodic financial reports and summaries
- Support payroll processing and expense tracking
- Ensure accuracy and organization of financial records
- Coordinate with management on financial insights and improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to handle sensitive financial data with integrity
- Comfortable working both independently and with a team
- Availability for on-site presence in Hazmieh when required
