Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will act as the essential link between clients, sales, and operations ensuring seamless execution behind the scenes while maintaining an exceptional level of client service and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to client enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms

Manage daily communication across all digital channels in a professional manner

Support inventory control, stock accuracy, and updates

Assist with packaging, order preparation, and dispatch coordination

Prepare and process invoices with accuracy and attention to detail

Maintain organised records of stock, orders, and client interactions

Role Requirements

Previous experience within 5 Star hospitality

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Fluent Afrikaans (essential due to client profile)

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small team environment

Confident using basic admin systems and digital platforms

Professional, calm, and client-focused under pressure

Flexible, reliable, and hard-working attitude

Well-groomed and presentable, reflecting a luxury environment

Must be in the UAE and free for face to face interviews in Abu Dhabi
