Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description/ Responsibilities
01. Lead and manage all operations of the Saudi branch, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
02. Develop business strategies to expand presence in the Saudi market.
03. Liaise with major clients, government authorities, and vendors in KSA.
04. Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, regulations, and company policies.
05. Drive sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
06. Monitor branch financials including budgeting, P&L, and reporting.
07. Recruit, train, and manage the Saudi branch workforce.
08. Develop and maintain local supplier and service provider networks.
09. Ensure ISO and QHSE standards are implemented and followed.
10. Report regularly to headquarters on operations, risks, and opportunities.
Authority Full authority to manage branch operations, staff, and decision-making br within the framework of company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / MBA preferred.
Other Certification (Optional)Valid Indian Passport,
Driving License
GCC visa eligibility.
Experience Certificates from previous employers.
Medical Fitness Certificate.
Skill Required Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multi-functional teams under pressure.
Knowledge of Saudi market dynamics, legal regulations, and customer relations.
Problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking capabilities.
Min Exp. At least 5 years in senior leadership (Business Head / Country Manager / br GM role).
Max Exp.Minimum 810 years of experience in Marine/Offshore industry.
