Roles & Responsibilities
RFS HR Consultancy specializes in logistics and supply chain recruitment across the GCC. We support top-tier organizations in identifying strategic leaders who drive operational excellence, financial performance, and sustainable business growth.
About Our Client:Our client is a growing logistics company offering end-to-end supply chain solutions. The Branch Head will be responsible for overseeing operations, financials, and team leadership at a key regional branch, ensuring efficiency and market competitiveness.
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure alignment with company policies and standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase branch revenue and profitability
- Lead and manage branch staff to meet sales, service, and operational targets
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues promptly
- Monitor local market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards
- Manage branch financial performance including budgeting, expense control, and revenue forecasting
- Collaborate with head office and senior management to align local performance with company-wide goals
- Prepare and present detailed reports on branch activities and performance metrics
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the logistics or supply chain industry
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations including transportation and warehousing
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, and team leadership
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
