Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Head / Workshop In-Charge to oversee the daily operations of a multi-brand automotive workshop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing technicians, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining service quality, and handling customer interactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise day-to-day workshop operations for multiple vehicle brands
- Lead, guide, and allocate work to technicians efficiently
- Monitor repair jobs to ensure timely completion and quality standards
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with spare parts team for timely availability of parts and tools
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain workshop cleanliness
- Track job progress and maintain operational reports
- Improve productivity and service efficiency within the workshop
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 +years of experience in automotive workshop operations
Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred
Strong knowledge of multi-brand vehicle servicing
Good leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer handling abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Only Muslim candidates are eligible to apply
Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field
GCC experience is an added advantage
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
