Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
The ideal employee must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize multiple, competing tasks and demands and to seek supervisory assistance as appropriate. The main duties include, but not limited to:
- Oversee daily operations of the aesthetic clinic branch, ensuring seamless workflow and exceptional client service.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of medical, administrative, and support staff.
- Implement and uphold Lumiere Beauty Clinics policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Drive branch performance by setting and achieving sales, service, and operational targets.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure the highest standards of client care and safety.
- Manage client relations, address concerns, and foster a welcoming, client-centric environment.
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and supplies to ensure optimal clinic functionality and cost efficiency.
- Analyze branch performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Assist in marketing initiatives and community outreach to promote clinic services and grow the client base.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a management or supervisory role ( preferably within the aesthetics, healthcare, or wellness industry).
- Proven track record in leading teams and managing clinic or branch operations.
- Strong understanding of aesthetic medicine services, treatments, and client care standards.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve operational and financial targets.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance in a clinical setting.
- Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work onsite and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on industry trends.
