Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and organize the branch's daily activities.
- To define and achieve the commercial and financial objectives set by management.
- Supervise, motivate and manage the work team (recruitment, training, evaluation).
- D. Develop the client portfolio and maintain relationships with partners.
- Ensuring quality of services and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the budget, monitor financial results and analyze performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
- Implement strategies to improve branch productivity and profitability.

Proven experience in managing a team and a business activity.
- Leadership, organizational skills and initiative.
