Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise the general operation of the agency during the night shift
- Supervise and coordinate the night shift teams
- Ensure the monitoring of daily operations and adherence to objectives
- Monitor the application of internal procedures and safety instructions
- Managing unforeseen events, incidents, or complaints during the shift
- Ensuring continuity of activities between day and night shifts
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and transmit important information to management.
- Experience in team management or operational supervision
- Ability to work nights and manage pressure
