Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the store and ensure smooth functioning

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

- Ensure proper visual merchandising and stock organization

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse

- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis

- Enforce company policies and procedures

- Manage scheduling, staffing, and team development


Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar role in retail (preferably in furniture or home d cor)

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities

- Sales-driven and result-oriented
