Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high morale.
- Drive sales initiatives for safes and bill counters, meeting or exceeding branch revenue goals.
- Manage branch budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and service quality.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on branch performance and present findings to senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management, operations, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in security or financial equipment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse operational tasks.
- Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work onsite and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and operational best practices.
- Proficiency in using office productivity and branch management software.
