Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily operations of the insurance branch.
  • Support the achievement of sales targets by motivating and guiding the branch team.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries, renewals, and claims escalations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and insurance regulations.
  • Prepare performance reports and communicate branch progress to higher management.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities to increase branch visibility and business opportunities.
  • Coach and support junior staff to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Maintain branch records and ensure proper documentation of policies, claims, and customer interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
  • 2 4 years of experience in insurance sales, operations, or branch supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products (life/general/medical).
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of English and Arabic.
