Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor sales trends and proactively drive performance improvements.
- Implement upselling and cross-selling techniques consistent with SPACIVA s brand tone.
- Analyze product performance and provide feedback to merchandising teams.
- Ensure every customer receives a premium in-store experience aligned with SPACIVA s brand values.
- Handle customer complaints or escalations professionally and effectively.
- Monitor mystery shopper and feedback reports, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales associates to deliver outstanding service and meet sales goals.
- Schedule staff shifts efficiently based on peak hours and footfall.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align on targets, performance, and visual standards.
- Provide coaching and development plans for top and underperforming staff.
- Oversee daily branch operations, including opening, closing, cash management, and stock control.
- Ensure all company policies, visual merchandising guidelines, and safety standards are followed.
- Coordinate with the head office for stock replenishment, transfers, and store maintenance.
- Monitor shrinkage and implement loss prevention measures.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales, stock, and staff performance.
- Communicate operational issues or customer insights to head office promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing for local promotions or store events.
Monthly sales achievement (% of target)
- Conversion rate and average basket size
- Customer satisfaction score
- Staff retention and training completion rate
- Shrinkage rate and stock accuracy
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 5 years of retail management experience (fashion industry preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage sales targets and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
