Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily spa operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, train, and motivate spa staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve performance goals.
- Develop and implement spa policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and supply ordering to maintain optimal resource levels.
- Monitor client satisfaction, handle feedback, and resolve any service issues promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote spa services, packages, and special events.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment maintenance and supply procurement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new treatments or services to enhance the spa s offerings.
