Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Follow up on delivery orders and manage the routing of distribution vehicles.
  • Collaborate with the logistics department to ensure timely stock supply.
  • Manage branch expenses efficiently and minimize unnecessary costs.
  • Follow up on customer receivables, bounced checks, and overdue payments.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance using Oracle ERP.
  • Review and validate customer documents, account openings, and changes.
  • Approve staff attendance, leaves, and field visits.
  • Lead, coach, and train the branch team to meet performance goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in accounting software; Oracle ERP knowledge is a plus.
  • Good in English (both written and spoken).
