Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the branch s daily operations, including sales, production, and customer service
- Lead, coach, and develop staff to achieve performance targets
- Monitor sales performance and report key metrics to management
- Ensure proper inventory management, stock accuracy, and product availability
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and store presentation
- Supervise store opening/closing and equipment functionality
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Control costs and maximize profitability
- Coordinate with HR on staffing needs and employee performance evaluations
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration or TS in Hospitality/Hotel Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in bakery, F&B, or retail)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of sales, operations, and inventory control
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Arabic & English (French is a plus)
