Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the branch s daily operations, including sales, production, and customer service
  • Lead, coach, and develop staff to achieve performance targets
  • Monitor sales performance and report key metrics to management
  • Ensure proper inventory management, stock accuracy, and product availability
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and store presentation
  • Supervise store opening/closing and equipment functionality
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction follow-ups
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
  • Control costs and maximize profitability
  • Coordinate with HR on staffing needs and employee performance evaluations

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration or TS in Hospitality/Hotel Management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in bakery, F&B, or retail)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Solid understanding of sales, operations, and inventory control
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in Arabic & English (French is a plus)
