Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage and train branch staff to maintain high service and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety requirements.
  • Monitor sales performance, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
  • Report to head office and coordinate with other departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 5 years of previous experience as a Branch Manager / Supervisor in bakery, restaurant, or retail (mandatory).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Preference will be given to candidates living near Biyada.
  • Ability to manage staff, control costs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
