Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and train branch staff to maintain high service and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety requirements.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
- Report to head office and coordinate with other departments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 5 years of previous experience as a Branch Manager / Supervisor in bakery, restaurant, or retail (mandatory).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates living near Biyada.
- Ability to manage staff, control costs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
