Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall operations of the branch, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales performance.

Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to consistently achieve branch sales targets and KPIs.

Ensure proper implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and implement control measures to prevent losses and overstock.

Handle customer complaints professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

Ensure the store s visual presentation and merchandising meet Cocoriki s brand standards.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.

Oversee cash handling, deposits, and all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Coordinate with the marketing team on in-store promotions, events, and campaigns.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.

Ensure compliance with Lebanese labor laws, as well as health and safety regulations.

Cover employees schedule gaps.

Complete all daily tasks and assignments as directed by upper management, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

Train staff.


Maintain proper documentation of all operational, financial, and administrative activities to ensure accuracy, accountability, and compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

3 5 years of experience in retail management (fashion, lifestyle, or similar industries is a plus).

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams.

Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and retail POS systems.

Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus).

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
