Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and train branch staff to maintain high service and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety requirements.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
- Report to head office and coordinate with other departments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 5 years of previous experience as a Branch Manager / Supervisor in bakery, restaurant, or FMCG
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Preference will be given to candidates living near Baabda
Ability to manage staff, control costs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
