Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales and service excellence

  • Manage daily store operations including sales, inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to meet business targets
  • Coordinate with head office on promotions, reporting, and operational requirements
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies

Desired Candidate Profile

Female candidate, ideally aged between 30 40 years

  • Minimum 5 7 years of retail experience, with at least 2 3 years in a management role
  • Background in fashion retail (maternity, children s wear, or lifestyle brands preferred)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS systems
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth in high-traffic retail environments
