Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of educators and administrative staff to achieve branch goals.
Implement and uphold Hi-Q Academy s educational standards and creative teaching methodologies.
Monitor student enrollment, retention, and satisfaction, addressing concerns proactively.
Manage branch budgets, resources, and inventory to optimize operational efficiency.
Coordinate with the central office to align branch activities with overall academy objectives.
Develop and execute local marketing and outreach initiatives to attract new students.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Organize and participate in events, workshops, and parent meetings to foster community engagement.
Prepare regular reports on branch performance, student progress, and staff development.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 1 year and up to 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within the education sector.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and resources.
Ability to work on-site and adapt to the needs of a dynamic educational setting.
Familiarity with creative teaching methods and child-centered learning approaches.
Commitment to delivering high-quality educational services.
Capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
