Description:
Job Vacancy: LAROPE Group is expanding its footprint across the UAE and is currently seeking three dynamic Branch Managers to oversee operations in Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for seasoned hospitality professionals who excel in leadership, team building, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Lead and mentor staff to maintain exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
Manage budgets, inventory, and performance metrics to meet business goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with management to implement new strategies and optimize branch performance.

Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in managing F&B establishments such as restaurants or caf s.

In-depth understanding of front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations.
Must be based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
