Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities: • Full management of the salon branch • Supervision and coordination of administrators • Preparing and maintaining staff schedules • Handling purchases and supplies • Monitoring inventory and stock • Preparing reports to the General Manager • Maintaining cash float reports and expense tracking • Assisting in hiring and onboarding beauty staff • Conducting daily salon inspections (2 times a day) to ensure order, cleanliness, and client comfort
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements: • Fluent in Russian and English • Minimum 2 years of work experience in Dubai • Proven experience in managing a team of 15+ employees • Strong multitasking and organizational skills • Previous experience in the beauty industry • Higher education degree
