Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Forecast and plan branch requirements based on sales trends, seasonal demand, and operational priorities.
  • Inventory monitoring and controlling in terms of near expires as per the company policy.
  • Analyzing the SOH & historical sales data for each item in the portfolio to ensure that purchase orders are placed in alignment with the suppliers lead time.
  • Monitor branch stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
  • Stock allocation between the divisions in alignment with each brand potential & target
  • Work closely with division managers to understand business needs and align resources accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain branch performance reports, including sales, costs, and inventory utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in branch planning and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or planning (branch-level experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
