Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive branch sales performance by setting and achieving ambitious targets, focusing on revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities, develop targeted sales plans, and optimize branch performance.
- Manage and maintain customer relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction to build loyalty.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
