Roles & Responsibilities

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Branch Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Tagamo3 Branch. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, high service standards, team efficiency, and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily branch operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the admin reception, call center coordinators, and service staff.
  • Monitor staff attendance, schedules, and performance.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure proper usage and inventory of products and tools.
  • Coordinate with Head Office for reports, HR, finance, and marketing needs.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Drive branch targets and ensure sales and service KPIs are achieved.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or beauty care industry (supervisory/management role preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-oriented with a focus on quality and service excellence.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with Zoho People is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage shift-based staff.
