Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Act as the face of the brand during events, activations, and in-store promotions
Engage with customers and provide information about products/services
Deliver a high-quality and consistent brand experience
Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns and events
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when required
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team
Maintain professional appearance and brand standards at all times
Support sales team in driving customer engagement and conversions
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
0–3 years of experience in customer service / hospitality / brand promotion
Strong communication skills (English mandatory; Arabic is a plus)
Presentable, confident, and energetic personality
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends/event
