Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our premium fashion brand retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and an interest in creative play and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and engaging customer service to all store visitors
Assist customers in choosing premium fashion products suited to their needs
Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness standards
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
Promote ongoing offers, events, and new product launches
Support inventory management and stock replenishment
Create a fun and interactive shopping environment for children and families
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a team-oriented approach
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Skills:
Must have experience and Knowledge about selling Premium lifestyle products
Should have knowledge about fashion/Clothing/Luxury brands
