Job Purpose

Represent the brand by delivering an exceptional customer experience, promoting products/services, and enhancing brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Provide information about products, services, and brand offerings

• Ensure a positive and memorable brand experience

Brand Representation

• Act as the face of the brand at stores, events, or activations

• Maintain brand image, grooming standards, and presentation

• Promote brand values and messaging consistently

Sales Support

• Assist customers in product selection and inquiries

• Support sales teams in achieving targets

• Upsell and cross-sell products where applicable

Events & Promotions

• Participate in brand activations, events, and campaigns

• Distribute promotional materials and gather customer feedback

Store / Area Management

• Ensure the display area is clean, organized, and visually appealing

• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the team if required
