Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Introducing customers to the Sales or Service department
Maintaining a complete database of the customers' contact information
Providing administrative support to dealership departments as required
Taking feedback from customers and logging guest messages or complaints in the absence of the appropriate team members, ensuring information is accurately recorded and referred.
Maintaining the reception/guest areas in accordance with dealership standards.
Maintaining quality standards of dress, attitude, guest care and health and safety in order to portray a professional image to guests at all times
