Roles & Responsibilities


  • Assist the Brand Team with backend brand operations and administrative tasks.
  • Handle and organize invoices (brand, supplier, and other related documents).
  • Maintain and update brand performance reports and databases.
  • Prepare and analyze Excel-based reports for brand tracking and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, finance, and internal departments for invoice processing and approvals.
  • Support the team in day-to-day brand activities, including product tracking, documentation, and reporting.
  • Ensure timely completion and accuracy of all assigned brand operational tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • *Fresher/Minimum experience in similar role
    *Own visa/sponsored visa preferred.
  • High school & above
